FAQ
SHIPPING
ENTH is a small company.
We process small batches of buttons, accessories and components at a time.
We usually don't have products ready to ship, but we produce both controllers and buttons from orders received.
Prices: Sometimes we have been told that our products are expensive. To answer this question we must first specify that we work and produce our controllers in Italy, paying Italian suppliers with Italian costs. We are not a large Asian company that has access to very low/insignificant production costs. Our production costs are high, perhaps ten times higher than Asian production costs. This means that our margins, paradoxically, are lower than those of other manufacturers and our products are perceived as more expensive. Anyone with even a modicum of knowledge of what it means to produce in the West rather than in China knows what I'm talking about. By buying from us, you will buy our product, assembled by us, not produced and assembled elsewhere and then shipped to you once re-imported.
A practical example: our Krms are not injection products, but printed with HP's MJF technology. Producing a KRM costs 10-12 times more than an injection molded button. This results in a relatively higher price. We don't steal your money, on the contrary, in a good part of the cases we lose money instead of making it, just to continue pushing our aesthetics and our beliefs. Understanding the market and the production costs of a company is important before saying whether the costs of the product offered are really high or not (in relation to the production costs).
Processing times for KRMs are 15-45 days + shipping times
Processing times for an Atlas can vary between 20 days and 60 days.
For accessories the processing times are 15 days.
These times are indicative, they may vary, we can ship even earlier.
WE USE DHL AS AN EXPRESS COURIER, once shipped, the package takes between 3 and 5 days to be delivered.

We ship using the DAP method, DELIVERY AT PLACE, this means that we do not collect taxes upfront and the costs of our products do not include them. Import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid during the customs clearance process if necessary.
